Just saw this today!

April Challenge will consist of four mini challenges.
Week one:
6 days of at least 20 minutes of cardio.
7 days of drinking 8 glasses of water each day.
6 days of 25 burpees, 25 situps, 25 airsquats.

The winner of week one will decide the challenge for week two.
Good Luck!!

4-1 Was Camping
4-2 Camping
4-3 Camping :) Did get in 60 minutes of Zumba
4-4 Just discovered challenge after late, late supper....have to start tomorrow - did get Zumba and H2O in

4-1.....cardio..check...h20..check...sit
ups and squats..check (no burpees)-Before you say BOOHISSSS...I just found this today which is 4-2!!!LOL
4-2..cardio/h2o check did the 3x25's during my relax time.....LOL
4-3 check , check, and check...did the 25's with my 7 year old...
4-4 got the water, and the cardio...but it was a rough eveing...no 25's....booooooo
4-5h2o, cardio, and 25's
4-6h2o, cardio, no 25's/ another suckfest!
4-7h20 and thats it....a realllllll suckfest!!!!!!

Count me in...I love a challenge!!! (It's going to be tough with a trip to Vegas scheduled for next weekend!)

Week one:
6 days of at least 20 minutes of cardio.

4-1 drank my water :)
4-2 drank all my water already! did a 60 minute Advanced Step class and knocked out the 25 burpees, situps and I did pushups b/c I couldn't remember what the 3rd thing was. So I just did the 25 airsquats here at my desk! I've got 2 parties to attend today, let's hope I can stay on plan!!! I have a weakness for cupcakes! LOL
4-3 h2o-done, ran for 35 mins outside (~3.5miles), didn't get to the 25's.. :(
4-4 h2o-done, 25's done, didn't get 20 of cardio...doh! Tomorrow I will get it all in!!!
4-5 h2o, 25s AND cardio...done!

Week one:

25 burpees a day....I can do this....must keep telling myself....I can do this...

4-1: 20 min walk/jog, 25 sit ups, 25 squats,10 burpees, 8 glasses of water, (added 25 push ups)
4-2: 8 glasses of water, rest day
4-3: 30 min walk/run, 25 sit ups, 25 squats, 10 burpees, 8 glasses of water
4-4: 30 min walk/run, 50 squats (from work out), 25 sit ups, 10 burpees, 8 glasses H2O
4-5: opted for lazy :(
4-6: jog a mile (12 min), 50 sit ups, 25 squats, 10 burpees, 8 glasses of water
4-7: CF class AND a walk/run for 20 min, 25 sit ups, 36 burpees, 150 squats, 8 glasses of water

I may not be hitting 25 burpees, but at least I'm trying!

SO GLAD FOR THESE CHALLENGES!!!

4-1 yes yes and no burpees but squat and crunches galore and
4-2went to a body pump class and did it all. working on my water
