Oh boy! I would have to put the turkish get- up under my LEAST favorite kettlebell move!
My favorite is the good old Russian swing - nothing fancy, but it makes me feel powerful!

FAVORITE KETTLEBELL MOVEMENT?
*Since I specified "movement" I'll go with the catch and release swing (can't recall the real name), but basically you let go and catch it with the other hang mid swing. If I had no said movement I would go with rack holds.
