The Crossfit Total is 1 rep max of the back squat, deadlift and strict press. The number is the total weight of all 3. Every box does it, usually every few months to check progress.

I haven't done a Crossfit Total recently but from what I remember from my last one, it was around 320.

CrossFit Total is a benchmark. I haven't done it, but it is a total of 1 rep maximums of a couple of different lifts, I don't remember which ones. You can find it in the benchmarks on the CrossFit.com site.

Weakness is a choice; I choose strength.
