I really like snatches and double unders.
Don't ask me why, but I love the wall climbs. I still cannot quite get all the way up there, so they are scaled, but I am working on it.

So far, I love the kettlebell.. it makes me feel powerful and I like the rhythm.. I can lose myself in it.

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE MOVEMENT?
*Pre-Surgery I'd have to say box jump, I worked so hard to get onto that box, but now that I am not cleared to box jump anymore... I'd have to say my post surgery movement is KB Swing, or maybe Squat now that I have proper form.
