This open is the first one ever. I have always afraid to compete against others due to my fear of failure. In this case, I am truly competing only against myself. Although I have only done the first workout, the experience was positive, and may even encourage me to participate in the other competitions we have throughout the year.

HAVE YOU EVER COMPETED IN A CROSSFIT COMPETITION? IF NOT, WOULD YOU LIKE TO?

*I have not competed yet, but I just started training for a kettlebell comp in about 6 weeks.
