I love swimming.

We belong to a second gym solely because of the pools. A nice change of pace and a different kind of workout.

I go to the globo gym at work and run or bike. Hopefully when the weather gets better I can start running outside.

I also try to run at least 5 miles a week - outside of the WODs.

I'm of Eastern European ancestry and if I don't run my butt and thighs get big. :(

But it's been so cold lately in Indy - I ran 3 miles the other day in 28 degree weather - it sucked!!

How about you RISENPHOENIX - what do you do?
