I honestly don't remember what the first one was (almost two years ago). What I DO remember however was that I came really close to giving up after the first "real" WOD after the on ramp. I was feeling pretty confident that I could do this. Thought I had the movements down pretty good, etc. Then, at the very first class I came in last - and last by a long shot! If that wasn't bad enough, even a pregnant woman ended up finishing before me! The only way I convinced myself to stick with it was that I asked myself if I had given it my all ( I had) and did my best ( I did), in which case I should have nothing to regret and there was no where to go but up!
WHAT WAS YOUR VERY FIRST WOD? (Or first one you can recall)
Mine was something to do with dumbbell push presses, there were likely other movements involved but all I remember were the presses because you weren't supposed to drop weight mid WOD and I didn't and thus ended up with tendonitis in my elbows and was in excruciating pain for several days.
