I honestly don't remember what the first one was (almost two years ago).
What I DO remember however was that I came really close to giving up after the first "real" WOD after the on ramp.
I was feeling pretty confident that I could do this. Thought I had the movements down pretty good, etc. Then, at the very first class I came in last - and last by a long shot! If that wasn't bad enough, even a pregnant woman ended up finishing before me!
The only way I convinced myself to stick with it was that I asked myself if I had given it my all ( I had) and did my best ( I did), in which case I should have nothing to regret and there was no where to go but up!
