My favorite WODs are ones that involve mostly lower body.... particularly the ones where there is lots of long distance running. I can really dominate.... even against the younger, fitter gang. We pushed the sled last week, sprinted, and did slamballs and I rocked it! Upper body workouts are not so good....

Dirty Thirty is a fav, too, but I also like Grace - fast and hard and I can see definite improvement; Cindy - hate/love relationship but great for tracking progress, and Fight Gone Bad - this one really teaches you how to maximize your strengths and overcome weaknesses, and involves strategy; hate it while I'm doing it but love it when it's over!
I like 'Murph' and all the hero WODs. I always feel the need to push my self harder during a hero WOD. Some wonderfully brave individual gave up his life protecting us overseas or at home. I feel like I owe it to them to dig deep and do them proud.
