I have a few;
1. Pull-Ups - kipping, strict, butterfly - any!!!! I'm down to the skinniest blue assisted band but can't seem to quite get there.
2. Get down about 10-15lbs - to get down some weight off. I'd love to be "ripped" but honestly I'm going to be 35 next month and want to look good but I'm not going to kill myself over 5lbs.
3. I want to increase my PRs at CrossFit and improve my form.
4. Complete CF Level 1 Certification. I'm not going to open a gym or teach - or hell compete at 35 - but I like it and I want to become better at CF and improve my form.
