I used to use protein powder. However I decided that I preferred to eat my protein rather than drink it. I know liquid is quicker and easier, but I found it less satisfying than real food.

I don't take one, but have been thinking about starting to take one. I am pretty good about protein intake, but know I could do better for muscle growth.
Curious to hear from others.
Man imposes his own limitations, don't set any.
Do you take Protein after workouts or any other time of day?
If so, do you feel a differnce in your workouts or physically?
If not, why don't you take protein supplements?
