March actually was pretty good for me. It was my first full month after the on ramp. I can see and feel progress. It is still in small increments, but it is there. I can do more reps, more weight, need less rest, and less sore as time goes on. Just need to keep at it. For April, I want to really concentrate on the nutrition part - I follow paleo pretty close, but a few things just need to be tightened up.
I feel like I recommitted in March. I started Paleo and I am going to keep going with that. I am getting better at overcoming the struggles I have (in the gym and out) but still have work to do. (See my blog about the numbers game).
While I have cut my attachment to the scale, I WOULD like to see that number drop more in April. I know I am trading muscle for fat, but it sure would be nice to lift less during push ups! :)
