I feel like I recommitted in March. I started Paleo and I am going to keep going with that. I am getting better at overcoming the struggles I have (in the gym and out) but still have work to do. (See my blog about the numbers game).
While I have cut my attachment to the scale, I WOULD like to see that number drop more in April. I know I am trading muscle for fat, but it sure would be nice to lift less during push ups! :)
