Yes, Patty. I try to make my missteps, just steps and not leaps. Get right back to it.

My biggest success comes when I don't give myself anytime to argue about whether I'm going to workout or not. I lay my clothes by the bed, roll out of bed and GO.

One day/workout at a time :)

After I have finished beating myself up I have a positive self talk.
Today is a new day that hasn't been touched yet let's get out of bed and have breakfast.
If I get that far I feel better about myself and head in the right direction.
We all have back steps or slumps the idea is to move forward further then backwards.

When you are down on your program and not feeling up to exercise how do you jumpstart a new attitude? emoticon
