Yes, Patty. I try to make my missteps, just steps and not leaps. Get right back to it.
My biggest success comes when I don't give myself anytime to argue about whether I'm going to workout or not. I lay my clothes by the bed, roll out of bed and GO.

After I have finished beating myself up I have a positive self talk. Today is a new day that hasn't been touched yet let's get out of bed and have breakfast. If I get that far I feel better about myself and head in the right direction. We all have back steps or slumps the idea is to move forward further then backwards. Rigth?
