My goal is to keep on chugging! I am very happy so far, and I really love this site....very motivating to know that you are not in this alone!

No more excuses March! Today, I stopped making an excuse of why I should walk up the hill during my run...I said...nope..this hill is NOT gonna win today!

I'm doing the whole30 this month. I've been grain and legume free for 5 months, but dairy has been my downfall. Even knowing it sets me back, I struggle staying away. Whole30 and Paleo are basically the same thing. I've tweaked and experimented enough to know what doesn't work for me. Both allow black coffee, but I detoxed off caffeine a week ago. So March is my "Summer is just around the corner" month. Time to get serious if I want to feel comfortable in my skin this summer.

My goal is to eat Paleo this month.....with only minor treat meals. Today is day one - so far so good.

My March goat is to avoid sugar.

I have a huge goal to eat right, exercise and spark everyday.

But if I can avoid sugar then I am on the path to clean eating.
