I will be working unfortunately, all weekend long!!! But according to my bb working burns alot of calories!!!! I walked over 13,000 steps in an eight hour shift tonight (doesn't include what I walked before the shift). I will do a good wod tomorrow because I missed Thursday and Friday, and make sure I eat really well all weekend long. Monday me and the husband have work until the afternoon, so I will make us a nice healthy dinner, and I will finish off te evening with a little need for speed and a bottle of red wine. Monday will probably be some valentines day wod that makes me want to kill myself, but I'll do it and be merry lol. Have a great weekend ladies!!!!

I'm doing a run tomorrow called Two for the Road. You partner up and hold a string between you as you run. In years past I've done it with my Daughter, Sister, and SIL. This year it'll be my SIL again. It's a 5k in a beautiful wooded park with waterfalls and rolling hills. Always fun!
