I want ten pounds down, and I want my shoulder to rehab enough so that I can do push ups with out pain. Right now on my knees it doesn't hurt but plank hurts. The pain used to be bad, but now it is only mild. I just prefer not to push my limits too much because I don't want to ruin all of the progress I've made so far.
