I crossfit 4 times a week. I would love to go in for 5 but it seems like my body is just not there yet. I have been mixing in crossfit with the Wendler 5/3/1 program, so alot of times now when I go in a scale the WOD in terms of length/ intensity too.
My trainer got this nutty idea, I should do a strong woman comepition in a couple of weeks, so I am focusing on alot of strength stuff right now.
I also play ice hockey and curl 2-4 nights a week (so alot of time on the ice). Curling is a legit workout, all that sweeping is work!
I would of rather tried and failed then to have never tried at all.
