I crossfit 4 times a week. I would love to go in for 5 but it seems like my body is just not there yet. I have been mixing in crossfit with the Wendler 5/3/1 program, so alot of times now when I go in a scale the WOD in terms of length/ intensity too.
My trainer got this nutty idea, I should do a strong woman comepition in a couple of weeks, so I am focusing on alot of strength stuff right now.
I also play ice hockey and curl 2-4 nights a week (so alot of time on the ice). Curling is a legit workout, all that sweeping is work!
I would of rather tried and failed then to have never tried at all.
I am just starting CrossFit. On Mon, Thurs, and Sat I will be doing CrossFit and walking 15-30 mins. And on Tues, Wed, Fri I will walk 30-60 min. (Gotta do it because of my dog.) Sundays I guess I'll take my dog to the dog park so he can run around I can get a complete rest day.

my goal is to go 5 days a week but lately it has been 3 days (this week how ever my family caught a nasty bug that has kicked my rear so i have not done anything) i need to do something on my "days off" but usually when i miss it is because i am so swamped at work or what not that fitting the time in is not working. i am hoping to buy a treadmill soon so that i can at least get some running in in the evenings after the kids are in bed
