Personally, I have been quite ill since New Years Eve. I am out of bed today but feel as if I belong back in bed again.
I got on the scale and am up a few pounds from the Nyquil and sodium based cold medicines I have been taking to get past this illness.
I know that I am in January and that my first goal is to drop 5 lbs by March 1st. I don't seem to loose weight rather I maintain the weight and build the muscle from Crossfit. I haven't worked out since Thursday last week.
I am glad to be on this team to keep me motivated and moving towards the goals I have in place for 2011.
