My goals for the next quarter.

Unassisted Pull-up
300 lbs deadlift (up to 280)
Flip the giant tire at the gym

Once my shins slints heel I also planning on getting after those doubleunder like it is my job.

Also to complete 90 days of strict paleo.

I would of rather tried and failed then to have never tried at all.

Handstand push-ups! My biggest problem is getting into a handstand in the first place! And one arm push-ups. Always wanted to be able to do those. That's what I want to work for this year.

I hope to be able to do a pull up and a higher box jump. I would like to loose 20 pounds this year and go from an avocado shape to a pear.
