Box jumps. I don't know why I like them, but I do! Maybe because of the sense of accomplishment in being able to jump 2 feet off the ground, when you only stand 5 feet tall.

i LOVE the Snatch..if there is one workout that will get me on the board for gym record it will be Randy or Isobel. i also like the tire flips and sled pulls

Mine would also be Deadlift. I have good form as well, consistently, none-the-less. Plus you don't have to have heavy weight overhead (which weirds me out). As of last PR 3 weeks ago, it was 215. I'm 5'1", so that's pretty solid. I'm proud of myself :)

I would have to choose a Deadlift. I can only max 158 but it is the one exercise that my form is correct and that I shine with pride that I can do.
