I totally agree with what has already been said!
1. It is always changing... which I need.
2. The WODs can always be modified.
3. They can be very challenging!
4. You don't need a lot of specialized equipment.
5. You can always find WODs that you can do anywhere!
6. Lots are just body weight!
7. I love full body exercises!
