Research suggests that writing down what you eat is an effective first step in losing weight. I suggest that for the first month of 2013 we make an effort to make this healthy habit natural to each of us. So..... I challenge each of you to track everything that goes into your mouth for each day of January. You can track on SP, MFP, or a piece of paper; just writie it down.
