I emoticon have tracked every day this month and only went over my calorie range 3 times but the scale doesn't seem to have gotten the message.

Research suggests that writing down what you eat is an effective first step in losing weight. I suggest that for the first month of 2013 we make an effort to make this healthy habit natural to each of us. So..... I challenge each of you to track everything that goes into your mouth for each day of January. You can track on SP, MFP, or a piece of paper; just writie it down.

Week 1 emoticon exept for the first day of the year
Week 2 emoticon
Week 3 emoticon I did go over on calories one day but I tracked it.
Week 4 emoticon
