Exercise at least 30 minutes each day. I did not meet that yesterday. I was at a craft show all day. But I will get at least 30 minutes in today.

I did 30 day shred in September, but i want to to keep up the intensity and strength training in October. I plan to keep up doing some strength training for October.

It's October already! Anybody else wondering where the year went?
This month lets all pick ONE habit we really, really, really need to work on,
and hit it hard.

One habit, and one habit only.

Then every day you meet that goal for yourself, please log onto this thread,
and post a gold star: emoticon

Count off the stars, for instance I am wanting to measure all my food to confirm portions. Today I did that so I will post
