I know Duffy has been juggling alot of things in her life (as most of us are) so I hope no one minds me adding the challenge for June. We can change the challenge if anyone has any suggestions.
Reading through the posts, it seems like some of the team members (myself included) are falling short of their monthly exercise goals and their daily nutrition. We are almost half-way through the year, so in June, let's continue to be persistent with our 2011 healthy habits. Let's continue to watch our nutrition, re-focus on our weightloss goals and get our weekly exercise goals in and be ready to jump into July.
I'd suggest looking at the previous 5 month's healthy habit goals and really focus on making this second nature.
