10 for 1,676 fitness minutes!
10 for 2011 calories burned per week!
10 for weight loss! I exceed my goal of losing 6 pounds. I lost 7 :)

Sorry Duffy forgot about doing this on the day was thinking I would do it at the end of the month. Will get it right by the end of the year !
Having problems entering information in the comment box with my points
To-day I have given myself 50 points
8 for to-day
10 for reaching target on miles, points, fitness mins.
12 for weekly bonus (3 a week)

Hi team! Here's how you post your bonus points-
On the day that you earn bonus points, enter your points for the day under the team goal and add 10 to whatever your daily total was and write a note in the comment section. For example if you had 8 points for the day, but you reached 168 miles in your mileage goal you would enter 18 and then write "8 points for the day and 10 bonus points for reaching 168 miles". That's all there is to it. Of course you have to add the team goal for Healthy Habits points.

Not sure how to log in these "Bonus" points. Have not done so since the beginning of the year.. A little late in trying to find out huh? I have been meaning to ask for Jan & Feb.

How did you do in March? Tell us about your bonus points:

1. Give yourself 10 bonus points if you met your personal weight loss goal for the month.
2. Give yourself 10 bonus points if you played Trivia and scored 90% or better for the month.
3. Give yourself 10 bonus points if you had 1,676 or more fitness minutes for the month.
4. Give yourself 10 bonus points if you earned 1,676 Sparkpoints or more for the month.
5. Give yourself 10 bonus points if you met your mileage goal for the month (93 or 168).
6. Give yourself 10 bonus points if you burned 2,011 calories or more each week this month.

Remember the additional weekly bonus points in March. You can earn from 0-12 bonus points (3 a week) for:
Minimizing stress
Moving your muscles
Eating a green veggie everyday and having a meatless day each week

The Super Duper Healthy Habit Team Member could earn 72 bonus points this month!
