This month our challenge is to really focus on the food that we eat and make healthy choices. You already can earn 1 point a day for tracking your food. Remember here are the 10 healthy habits and you give yourself one point for each of the habits:
1. Track food
3. Drink 8 glasses of water
4. Post on this team page or communicate with a sparkfriend
5. Get 8 hours of sleep
6. Eat 5 fruits and/or vegetables
8. Reflect on your progress/meditate/visualize yourself achieving your goals
9. Play trivia (and be sure to read the correct answer information!)
10. Track at least 9 nutrients and stay in range on 5 of the day
This month, think about the choices that you made each day regarding food. Did you choose the apple for a snack instead of the cupcake? Staying in your calorie range is one thing.... staying in your calorie range with healthy food choices is another!
If you think you made healthy choices....give yourself a bonus point! You can earn up to 11 points each day in February!
