Hi team!
March was a pretty good month for the Healthy Habit Team
Goal # 1: Log 168 miles per month ~ We came REALLY close to meeting this goal. Only 10 people are tracking it and we made 86% of the goal.

Goal # 2: Earn 10 points per day for Healthy Habits ~ We exceeded our goal of 7,200 points!

Goal # 3: Log 93 miles per month ~ We exceed this goal too!

Goal # 4: Exercise 1,676 minutes per month ~ Another goal left in the dust!

Goal # 5: Burn 2011 calories per week ~ Those calories were burning! We passes this goal too!

We have some individuals who are meeting team goals every month pretty consistently! Kudos to these team members who met one or more of the team goals in March (my apologies if I miss someone!) (numbers in parentheses are the # of goals met, not including sparkpoints)

Hi team!
I've adjusted our monthly goals to relfect the number of people who are actually tracking each of the goals. Here's where we stand:

Goal # 1: Log 168 miles per month ~ 48 people signed up for this goal, but only 10 are tracking it currently. So, our team goal for the month is 1680 miles.

Goal # 2: Earn 10 points per day for Healthy Habits ~ 87 people signed up for this goal, but only 24 are tracking it. So, our team goal for the month is 7,200 points.

Goal # 3: Log 93 miles per month ~ 46 people signed up for this goal, but only 12 are tracking it currently. So, our team goal for the month is 1,116 miles.

Goal # 4: Exercise 1,676 minutes per month ~ 59 people signed up for this goal, but only 18 are tracking it currently. So, our team goal for the month is 30,168 minutes.

Goal # 5: Burn 2011 calories per week ~ 45 people signed up for this goal, but only 17 are tracking it. So, our team goal for the month is 136,748 calories.

Are you ready for the February results????

Most of you are probably aware that we lost a little momentum in February. As a team, we lost about 86 pounds. While that is good, it's a bit lower than January and some members gained a few pounds back. We'll do better in March!

Sparkpoints: If you earn 1,676 points a month you'll hit 20,110 by the end of the year. 28 members hit this goal! That's 20% of our team! Great job!

Fitness minutes: Accumulate 1,676 minutes a month to reach 20,110 by the end of the year- 21 members reached this goal! That 15% of the team! Awesome!

Log 168 miles a month- 4 members reached this goal in February! Congratulations to DAS92687, YICHE12, BANKER-CHUCK, and JMCADE!

Log 93 miles a month- 5 members reached this goal! Congratulations to JMCADE, ONICAM, BANKER-CHUCK, ANNEMAC5 and TURTLETALK!

Burn 2011 calories a week- 14 members reached this goal! Congratulations to BANKER-CHUCK, BRINDA01, DAS92687, YICHE12, KELLEEH, JMCADE, DUFFYDYER, AFRESHSTART2, CHERYL_LYNNE, ONICAM, TURTLETALK, JULIEJO39, RSWIFE, and SMERTZ! Awesome!!!

Earn 10 healthy habits point a day (280 for the month): 3 members had more than 280 points (remember bonus points): TURTLETALK, ELSCO55, and JMCADE! And 7 more members reached at least 80% of the goal: ANNEMAC5, BANKER-CHUCK, MADKAPKID, YICHE12, BOLLINGER25, GRANPATTIE, and DUFFYDYER. Awesome!!!!

I have a slight modification to the bonus points. You can still earn 10 bonus points a month for each of the following:
Hitting 1,676 sparkpoints or more
Exercising 1,676 minutes or more
Scoring 90% or higher on trivia
Burning 2011 calories a week for the 4 weeks in the month
Hitting your mileage goal (either 168 or 93)

The change is in the area of weight. Instead of getting 10 bonus points if you lose 8 pounds, you must set a weight loss goal and if you reach it, give yourself 10 bonus points! 8 pounds is unrealistic for many people. So, in the March Loser Lounge edit your post to tell us what your goal is. If you reach your goal then you get 10 bonus points!

Remember there are also weekly bonus points this month! Check out the March challenge for details!

Now, March is an important month. At the end of this month we will be 3 months into the challenge (25%). It will be time for some serious reflection and goal adjustment!

What a great month we had! We have 135 members. Please be sure to welcome our new members!

57 members of our team reported a weight loss in the month of January and together we lost a cumulative 207 pounds! Awesome!

We did really well with our team goals!
2,011 miles a year (168 a month): We reached 73% of this goal. Congratulations to the following team members who recorded more than 168 miles: JLWOF1, DAS92687, GABBIEGLORIA, DUFFYDYER, BANKER-CHUCK, and YICHE12

Maintain Healthy Habits (10 points a day): We reached 59% of our goal. The following members had more than 90% of their points for the month (270+ points): DUFFYDYER, TURTLETALK, ELSCO55, KEELEH, ANNEMAC5, BOLLINGER25, DAS92687, and LILBLONDEDANCR1. Congratulations!

1,111 miles a year (93 a month): We achieved 102% of this goal!!! Congratulations to the following members who recorded more than 93 miles: ELSCO55, JMCADE, DWELLS1994, ONICAM, BANKER-CHUCK, DUFFYDYER, LIVINGLIFE4ME1, ANNEMAC5, TURTLETALK, CHERYL_LYNNE, KELLEEH, RSWIFE, GABBIEGLORIA and SMERTZ!

Progress Report for Week Two

Here’s how we’re doing with our team goals:
2,011 miles a year (168 a month): 44 members signed up for the goal, but only 24 are actively tracking their mileage for the goal. Our monthly mileage goal was reduced to 4,032 miles to account for this. A few team members will probably reach 168 miles this week! We’re 31% of the way to our goal!

Maintain Healthy Habits (10 points a day): 78 members signed up for the goal, but only 48 are actively tracking their daily points for the goal. Our monthly points goal was reduced to 13,500 to account for this. We’re 25% of the way to our goal!

1,111 miles a year (93 a month): 42 team members signed up for the goal, but only 23 are actively tracking it. So, I reduced the monthly mileage goal for the team to 2,046 miles. We’re 39% of the way there!

Exercise 1,676 minutes a month (20,110 a year): 49 team members signed up for the goal, but only 38 are actively tracking it. So I reduced our monthly minute goal for the team to 60,336. We’re 42% of the way there and YICHIE12 has already reached 1,676 minutes with 2 weeks remaining in the month! Congratulations!!

Burn 2,011 calories a week (287 per day or 8897 for the month): 36 members have signed up for this goal, but only 28 are actively tracking it. Our monthly calorie burn goal for the team is 231,322 calories. BANKER-CHUCK has already passed the 8,897 calorie individual goal for the month! Several other members will undoubtedly reach their monthly goal this weekend (DAS92687, POOHBEAR1733, CHERYL_LYNNE, KELLEEH, and DUFFYDYER). Great job everybody!

About 66 members of our team are reporting their weekly weight loss progress or weight maintenance progress. Others have decided to report monthly and some members aren’t reporting at all. If you are a member who would like to participate in the weekly weigh-ins, please visit the Weigh-in lounge discussion thread and choose either the “I’m a loser” thread or the “I’m staying put” thread. It helps if everyone weighs in on Saturday or Sunday. In the first week of the year, the 66 members who are reporting their weekly weight loss had a combined weight loss of 106.6 pounds! I'll let you know what week two brings!

Here's a progress report on how we're doing with our Team Goals as of 4:00 PM (EST) on January 10:

Log 2,011 Miles in One Year: (168 miles a month)- 43 team members have signed on to this goal, which makes our goal for the month 7,224 miles! So far, we're walked, cycled, run, swam, or otherwise traversed 865 miles which is 12% of the goal.

Update- 24 people are actively tracking this goal. I've updated the goal and we're about 30% there!

Accumulate 300 Healthy Habit Points each month: 78 team members have signed to this goal, which makes our goal for the month 23,400 points! So far, we've amassed 2,258 points or 10% of our goal. But remember, you can earn up to 50 bonus points each month. You'll enter your bonus points along with your points on the last day of the month. You can earn 10 points for meeting your weight goal for the month, 10 points for scoring 90% or higher on trivia for the month, 10 points for reaching or exceeding 1,676 fitness minutes for the month, 10 points for earning 1,676 Sparkpoints for the month, and 10 points if you meet your mileage goal (either 168 or 93) for the month!

Update: 45 people are actively tracking this goal.

Accumulate 1,111 miles in year '11 (93 per month): 41 people have signed on to this goal. This makes our goal for the team 3,813 miles for the month. So far, we've accumulated 578 miles, or 15% of our goal.

Update: 22 people are actively tracking this goal!

Exercise 1,676 minutes each month: 47 team members have signed on to this goal. This makes our team goal 78,772 minutes! So far, we're at 16,031 minutes, or 20% of our goal!!!

Update: 36 people are actively tracking this goal.

Burn 2,011 calories each week: (This translates into 8,897 calories for the month of January) 34 people signed on to this goal making our team goal 302,498 calories for the month! So far, we've burned 77,071 calories (which is 22 pounds by the way) and we're at 25% of our goal.

Update: 26 people are actively tracking this goal. We're over 40% there!

Great start everyone! However..... since 9 days have past, we should be at 29% for each of the goals...

Remember you need to click on track goal or go to 'other goals' from your start page to log your information. Your fitness minutes and mileage don't automatically move into the team goals.

If you joined after January 1st, you can go back and enter the information once you join the goal!!

Excellent weight loss progress is being made by those who are recording their weekly progress in the weigh-in lounge. We've lost over 90 pounds in the first 9 days of the month!
