Been a rough and busy year... literally, I have let my work life take over and that is shameful. Vowed to get my fun and active life back. Started it off with the OKC Memorial Marathon on Sunday (ran the 1/2).

So, weighed this morning, do believe I still have some water weight, but that is okay. Starting at 168.9 and will shoot for 10 lbs also for May.

Will be a tough month for me and my diet. My motorcycle road trip starts May 9th and my In-N-Out Burgers are calling my name in So. Cal. But I will make a goal of 5 lbs for the month.

Current weight 233.
May all do well.

Time to set that weight loss goal for the month of May. 31 days this month- You can do it!

5/1/13: 207 lbs
5/5/13: 206 lbs
5/12/13:204 lbs
5/19/13:202 lbs
5/26/13:201 lbs (Need to kick myself in the butt if I'm going to make my goal!)
6/1/13: 200.8 lbs.

Didn't make the 10 pound goal- only 6.2 pounds this month.

My goal for the month is to lose 10 pounds.
