Well, craziness in January led to ups and downs, culminating in a 3-5lb gain overall. I went to the Y pretty regularly, packed my lunches and snacks, avoided the food in the cafeteria at school, and got dh started walking with me. Over 2 months, I've gone from 134 up to 150 back down to 142 and back up to 155! Working out, eating healthy foods, and trying to reduce stress. Main difference from the rest of last year is medicine changes. Hoping to get that under control and post a loss for February!
