Now that I am at a healthy BMI I'd still like to take off 12 lbs to be more in the middle range of healthy BMI weight since I'm a petite structured woman. It is a major bday/event month though so my routines will be challenged - we'll see! Would love to hit 80 lbs lost by Aug 6 - my 1 year anniversary. At 1 lb a week the goal is on track!
My goal in May will be 1 lb a week - realistic I think! so..
May goal -4 loss
May 7 -2 lbs lost (woo hoo!)
May 14 -1 lb lost(really more like a 1/2 lb but tough to tell on my old school scale....)
May 21 -1 lb lost (goal for the month achieved!)
May 28 -1 lb lost (hard one to lose!!!)
MAY TOTAL: -5 lbs
JUNE GOAL: 4 lb loss
June 4 -2 lbs(yippee!)
January weight loss:- 4 lbs
Feb weight loss: -4 lbs
March weight loss: -7(need more months like this one!!!)
April weight loss: -7 (HEALTHY BMI REACHED!)
May weight loss: -5 lbs
Total for the year as of June 4 - down 29 lbs
Total since Aug 6, 2010 - down 75 lbs!
