goal range: 135-145

Ended August at 141, which is where my body seems to think it should be. I have adjusted my goal weight to reflect this. I have increased my muscle tone and still no change in weight, so new goal range is 135-145, though I would like to aim for that lower end, under 140.

I am increasing my goal range just a little until school is out for the summer. Plan is to maintain under 140!
