This is going to sound strange, but I have decided that I am going to record myself working out. I am not sure if I'm allowed to link to youtube here or not. I have already uploaded one video of me being extremely dorky and uncoordinated.
I feel super self conscious and I'm expecting a lot of people to make fun of me. But my thought process is that it will keep me motivated to work out on the off chance that someone uses them as motivation to workout as well.
And maybe watching me make a fool of myself will make someone else feel less self conscious about doing the dance workout videos. Or smile.
What do you guys think? Would you follow a fellow SPer on youtube as they document their weight-loss/get healthy journey? If so, what kind of stuff would you want to see?
