I drink a lot of water at work. At my last job it was because I was soooo busy that if I didn't get up once an hour to use the lady's room... well I would sit working until my computer beeped that it was lunch...
Just got in a habit from there I guess.

i don't like plain water, so i have a hard time with that. however, i know that some of the foods i eat count for water. otherwise, i drink tea and use flavoring when necessary.

I don't have this problem at all. We have a water cooler in our conference room. I have a hard plastic drinking cup I use to fill up all day. The cup holds 20oz and I fill up at least 2-3 times while in the office. That's not counting the 16-32oz I drink before getting to the office after I run in the mornings. Then I drink whatever amount I need to in the evenings to meet my daily goal. It's harder for me to drink in the evenings when I'm more tired. I use Crystal Light sometimes, and other times I may have sparkling/flavored water in the evenings.

I have a hard time drinking water. Not just drinking enough, but drinking any at all. I finally came up with something that is working! I have several plants at my desk and the only way to water them is to go get a glass of water - well, then I have half a glass of nice cold water sitting on my desk, may as well drink it. All of the little steps count!
