Homemade hummas (That way I can change the flavor, it is fresh, and much healthier and cheaper!) and fresh veggies (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, celery).

me personally, barilla shelf micromeals and some canned soups for meals. for snacks, almost anything that doesn't require refridgeration or a microwave (nuts, popcorn, chips, jerky, etc)

I try to do an intense cardio workout after work. If I do this I know I got to watch what I eat or I will taste it later... lol or it may make me sluggish.
I say go light but eat all day. For breakfast I always have oatmeal and raisens, it keeps you full and drink water like crazy.
Carrots are a great snack to just keep as a bag on your desk. Another good one I do is Pumpkin Seeds.

Right now i have oatmeal , eggwhites , and pickles , i eat at work for a snack.... Not always the greatest tasting but does the job. emoticon

Looking to replenish my drawer, and Nutella is not the best choice. I like cooking at home but want some ideas on office food that doesn't require major work/cooking!

(Microwavable and/or needs refrigeration is fine, luckily I have access to those)
