Another year approaches and everything is setting goals, plans and resolutions. So how about a team resolution? Nothing crazy, just a little something to keep us on track.
For the month of January, let set a goal of how many minutes we want to work out in total. Then each day you work out post your total minutes for the day and then what your monthly total is.
So if you choose 500 minutes for the months you would post "1/1/2011 30 minutes today, 30 minutes for the month, 470 to go". then the next post would be "1/2/2011 30 minutes today, 60 minutes for the month, 440 to go" and so on. So whos in and whats you goal?
