1/29 Did half mile on the treadmill, as many pushups as I could and crunches.
BMI still not good though... working at it!

My goal: 30 minutes 3 times a week. I've been doing really good though. It's been more like 40 minutes 6 times a week. Woo hoo!

Lost track with cleaning, shoveling/snowblowing. I think it is around 250 for last week

I have my goal set at 480. thats 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week for the 4 week month. And hoping to reach and surpass my goal!

Another year approaches and everything is setting goals, plans and resolutions. So how about a team resolution? Nothing crazy, just a little something to keep us on track.
For the month of January, let set a goal of how many minutes we want to work out in total. Then each day you work out post your total minutes for the day and then what your monthly total is.
So if you choose 500 minutes for the months you would post "1/1/2011 30 minutes today, 30 minutes for the month, 470 to go". then the next post would be "1/2/2011 30 minutes today, 60 minutes for the month, 440 to go" and so on. So whos in and whats you goal? emoticon
