Part of the success of these goals is in making them attainable.
I am hoping to get pregnant soon, so my goals are simply to stay healthy during my pregnancy, maintain an exercise routine, and not go overboard on the weight gain, so that the loss afterward is a bit easier. I'd be going into this pregnancy 14 pounds lighter than my first, and probably 22 pounds lighter than my second, so I'm already way better off.
Now I just have to get pregnant. LOL.
