Hi ladies!! I am back after a "hiatus", but I saw 132.4 on the scale today and I vomited in my mouth!!! My goal is to get pregnant too and I want to get to AT LEAST 125 to help me do so. It's been almost a year of trying and a long journey but I keep believing that it will happen and this is our year!! So on to working out, eating healthier, and not sweating the small stuff!! Here's to everyone reaching their goals!! :)

Good for you!! :) :)

Part of the success of these goals is in making them attainable.

I am hoping to get pregnant soon, so my goals are simply to stay healthy during my pregnancy, maintain an exercise routine, and not go overboard on the weight gain, so that the loss afterward is a bit easier. I'd be going into this pregnancy 14 pounds lighter than my first, and probably 22 pounds lighter than my second, so I'm already way better off.

Now I just have to get pregnant. LOL.

Happy 2012! :)

Resolutions have become extremely important to me over the last couple years. It gives me a chance to take stock of what I have accomplished and see what healthy changes I can make. Three years ago my resolution was to run a 5k (done!), two years ago it was a 10k (done!), and last year it was to run a marathon (done!). This year my goal is to finally get down to my goal weight of 115 (by end of April/May) and maintain for the rest of the year. I've been down their before, but failed at maintenance. I think I've learned a lot and I'm ready to take another stab at maintaining.

Your resolution is an important one! I am who I am today because my parents invested so much time in me.

Mine are:
- "Toned" & 120 lbs or less by 06/25/2011
- Drink more water
- Use mostly natural products (if not all natural)
- Healthier me in 2011!

I really want to spend the year finding ways to make my life more natural with household products, beauty products, food, etc.

Well the month is almost half over - have you had time to come up with a New Year's resolution?

I don't usually make a resolution, and I'm not officially doing one this year either, but one thing I want to work on is being more PRESENT with my children. My little guy was recently evaluated by a speech therapist, and it made me take a look at myself for a minute... am I really "there" when I'm with him? Am I concentrating on talking to him, explaining stuff to him, engaging him? Or am I happy that he's occupying himself with some independent activity so I can cross something off my to-do list while he's busy?

What are you up to this year? What are you thinking about? What are you trying to improve on?
