just wanted to remind everyone that I need all tracking posts in by 6 pm Monday to announce the weekly winners that evening! Also, to make it a little easier for me to track, can we switch from ounces to cups when posting? I really don't have any clue why I was having everyone post ounces! So it would be 8 cups of water is 1 point then 1 point for every cup after that. Same thing just easier for me to track as cups. Thanks!

Just thought I would post mine on both teams since I am not on a team but I still need the accountability factor. Also, remember that you don't have to keep track of your points if you don't want to. I set up a spread sheet to keep track of everyones. Just one less thing for you guys to worry about!

My brain wasn't working yesterday so please ignore my previous post that was here! Angela pointed out the errors of my math (in a very sweet, loving way) and for some reason my brain just couldn't accept 126 minutes of exercise and was trying to rob her of 30 minutes of hard work (jealous of her commitment maybe?) Just wanted to make a public apology and let everyone know that her total is correct!

Grand Total - 24pts.

Goal....I'm not sure what to decide. I've not set many specific goals for myself - mostly because I used to set weight loss goals and because I lose SO SLOWLY I never made my goals, however reasonable they were. That got discouraging and I quit. I guess my biggest goal now is just to be consistent with what I am doing so that, hopefully, the results show up someday! So, my goal for this summer is to exercise at least 60 minutes 5-6 times a week - CONSISTENTLY. emoticon
