Emotional eating used to be a horrible problem for me. It has gotten better in recent years, as I've learned to listen to myself and obey the Holy Spirit more.
I read a book by Elyse Fitzpatrick called "Love to Eat/Hate to Eat," and it really helped me change a lot of my eating behaviors. In it, she had an acronym for DISCIPLINED EATING, and each letter asked a question related to eating behaviors, and gave Scriptures to help reinforce correct eating behaviors in relation to those questions. I highly recommend the book.
I ended up making a chart of that acronym, and it's posted on the side of my fridge, where I can see it every day. Sometimes I ignore it and eat anyway, but many times it has helped me stop sinful eating.
