I haven't forgotten you, ladies! Sorry for being a bit late posting this. Yesterday and today got hectic for me. :-p
I'm going to do a three-fold challenge for the weekend!
1. If you've been tracking your food and running those reports each day, I want you to look over the info and find your weakest spot. Is it breakfast (that's mine!)? Eating enough fruits and veggies? Water? Whatever it is, pick ONE thing to work on for the next 3 days. For me, that means planning something high protein/high fiber for breakfast. What will it look like for you?
2. Tomorrow I want you to plan for and enjoy one treat! Put it in your tracker, make it fit your nutrition goals, then measure out ONE portion to eat slowly and mindfully and really ENJOY it!!!
3. By Sunday evening, I want to at least have done some preliminary planning for the next week's menus. That can be printing and shopping for Spark's menu, coming up with your own, whatever. Just think through and have a plan for your eating next week!
