Sorry for being so late in posting this! :-p I have had good intentions all week, but we all know where those lead! :-p
Remembering that June is going to be a series of mini-challenges rather than one big long one, your first challenge is for this weekend. I want you to create your menu plan for next week. Some of you may do this on a different day, but I know many who do practice menu planning do so the weekend before. As long as there is SOME planning involved, it counts, regardless of when you do it! But we will be much more likely to have a successful week of healthy eating if we plan for it in advance. You may of course use the plans Spark People provides if you like. Just make some sort of plan for what you're going to eat next week!
