I did this. I kept up with this challenge but I didn't do very well. I didn't lose any weight this month. I didn't track my inches. I'm sure I didn't lose. I might have even gained wieght I exercised but allowed my food intake to go out of control. I did complete Swim Suit Boot Camp. Here are my final points

Last week - strength training - 2

Karen, that is why I had such a hard time sparking after my little one was born. I was trying to do it all: lose weight, exercise, take care of my other children, take care of my husband, get involved in a new church, be a Girl Scout leader, and on and on. Eventually I gave up on me and focused on everyone else. As a result I gained more weight, wasn't eating right, was more tired from lack of proper nutrition on top of lack of sleep. Now I am back and my little one is 9 months. My point is, don't worry about tracking for a challenge, but don't let lefe with a new baby keep you from taking time to exercise and eat right. It will help you to feel better physically and emotionally during a time when it is so easy to fall into mommy mode and fall apart. We know you have a lot going on, and we have great respect and appreciation for all you do keeping the group going. Hang in there!

Ladies, you're rocking it! I'm so impressed with both of you. I apologize for being MIA...I can't seem to get on long enough to actually log anything! I did lose two pounds last week, though. :)

I have no idea of my points for the last several days...I was keeping track, with the intent of logging them here when I got the chance...now I've lost them, and I don't remember. Ah, well. I'll take the weight loss and move on! :)

Hang in there Kehwie! You may not win the total points challenge, but you can still shed some pounds or inches! Isn't that all of our ultimate goal? To be honest, I have a lot of respect for you. My little one is 9 months old and I just started back on the weight loss track. I know how hard it is to balance nursing, lack of sleep, chasing other children around the house, and caring for a newborn. Add the stress of counting calories and exercising also and I truly don't know how you do it! What an inspiration you are.
