none ... But, I went to a parenting conference with Dr. Kevin Leman. It was great, but I was really off my schedule. We had that Fri. nite & Sat. morn. then a Missions Banquet Sat. nite. I splurged on appetizers and desserts, but I am still focused. I think everynow and then it helps to shock your system anyway--hope it works lol!

I went to my weigh in at the YMCA and this makes 3 consecutive weeks I've lost 1.5 lbs. That makes 14 total since we started the Team Lean challenge and about 16 since Jan. 2nd. emoticon

My weight went up, and I don't know why. I've been good with my calories all but one day, and I've been exercising--with more strength training. I suppose maybe more muscle weight?? Anyway, this morning my DH told me that he doesn't know what the scale is telling me, but that he can definitely see changes in my figure ;) Gotta love that! That's all the inspiration I need to keep going!

It feel good to get back on track today. I added an extra day of strength training today. I love the Octane Fitness machine. I burned around 600 calories in 50 minutes! emoticon

I went under my nutrition range yesterday and today. I had a bad night last night, was up til 3 a.m. worrying and have been kind of out of it today. I don't think I'll get enough calories in today or water either. I am very thankful for your support.

Today I weighed in and lost 1.5 lb. I also walked on the treadmill and set a record of jogging for 20 minutes straight! I kept challenging myself to do a little more. My previous record was running up and down the driveway for 15 minutes. I also got on the stationary bike for 15 minutes after the treadmill. This was new. I hope my butt's not too sore tomorrow-lol!

We'll start on Wednesday. But, I wanted to give people and idea of what the posting will be like. (again... I just copied this from Karen)

1 point for Bible/prayer
1 point for exercise
1 point for water
1 point for posting
4 points total for today (out of maximum of 5)

We'll have weigh ins and calculate bonus points on Wednesdays.

The challenge will end at the end of this month, with the last weigh in on April 1st
