I did the pilates one today. I've never done pilates before. OUCH. that was a good one.

I use Safari, too, and haven't had a problem before! We don't have an alternate browser on our desktop, but we do on our laptop, so I guess I can always try that if I need to.

I'm glad you like the video!

I had that problem too. I use Safari as my browser (normally for macs), and I didn't want to mess with downloading new stuff, so I used Internet Explorer and the videos worked fine. So, if you have more than one browser, you can try that too.

I did the bootcamp video without any problems! I even dug out my old Jazzercise weights (that I bought 3+ years ago but NEVER used..) I intended to use them, but I stopped going to Jazzercise when we left Cali. Your "no excuses" really motivated me to find them.. :-)

Also, when I went to do some other videos, they wouldn't load, so I just went to YouTube and found them there. I downloaded all the plug-ins and everything that SP suggested and it still didn't work. In case anyone else has a problem, just go to YouTube and try searching for the video there. :-)

Okay, here are the videos to work on this week. Remember, you don't have to do the videos to get your points for the week, but these are great tools that help you along the way. And you might just find one that you really like!

I've done this one, and like it. If you don't have dumbbells, use soup cans, or toys, or something with a little bit of weight. Be creative, and don't use the lack of dumbbells as an excuse to not do it!
