I have kept my fasting blood sugar at 80 everyday but one. I have managed to track my food everyday since the challage has begun. I missed a few workouts this week because of long hours at work. I am ending strong with adding a few extra workouts into the end of the week. I have done strength training every other day because, I could do that with bands at work. I am really glad i joined this challenge it has motivated me to join two more. I have enjoyed this journey with everyone.
