Here we are in week 7!
Last week was a good week and it gave me hope that things are turning around for me again. I did put on 2#'s this past week but I'm really thinking it is the muscle factor. We will see what comes this week !
W7D1: FBS 166 Some what higher than usual. Tracked my food, fitness, water, veggies and
7/31 fruit. Pups and I did the usual 30min mile. Came home and did hosta toppers trimming!
That was a 30 min gardening time! I don't know what you would call giving the Pups a
bath and grooming with toe nail clipping! But each Pup took an hour.
W7D2: FBS 102 Tracking food, fitness, water, veggies, fruits and anything else I come up with.
8/1 Pups up and out for walk 30 min mile. 30mins X4 working away in the garden! Then the
rain started and I came in and did an hour of heavy cleaning!
W7D3: FBS 136 Tracked food, fitness, water, veggies, fruits and fiber. Walked the PUps 30 min
8/2 mile, 30 mins in the back garden and then 90 mins in the front. Hosta is nice until you
need to cut off the flowering sticks, once the flowers have all fallen off. Did take it a little
less active in the afternoon.
W7D4: FBS 113 Got the Pups out of bed this morning to the walk for 30 mins 1 mile done.
8/3 then it was over to the neighborhood veggie garden. It needs so much work once again
the weeds are growing faster than the veggies! That was another 30 mins and i was
done in. Still had to come home and get my strength training done and so i did the
stablity ball for 15 mins and then because I love the resistance band video I did it for 20.
W7D5: FBS 116 30mins in the garden and 30min mile for the Pups and me ! Enough for the day
8/4 Now my BS's are under control! But I don't feel well. I'm exhausted even after 12 hours of
sleep. Yesterday took another afternoon nap that dragged into the night slep for 3 hours.
Wish I'd hear back about the tests the doc did last Friday. Yesterday I just wasn't even
hungery. I don't think that I even got over 1,000's calories. Tracked my food, fitness, water
fruits and veggies. It isn't easy on the body to make major changes to what you eat. I
really miss all those fruits that I was eating. It has even affected my BM. I'm not getting
enough fiber any longer since the carbs have been cut down to the 100g/day. Something
has to give soon now or I'm just going to give up on their eating plan and get back to
healthy eating once again. I felt so good even with the high BS's!
W7D6: FBS 116 Two days running for FBS !!! 30min mile with the Pups, 30min gardening, and 8/5 60min heavy cleaning for Sparkies coming to visit! Don't want everyone leaving with Pups
fur sticking to there buns ! Did video stabliity ball and resistance bands. Do love the
resistance one the best. Took a trip down to Saratoga Spring, went by the track, had
lunch in Congress Park how historic that place is. Then we found my lost Grandmother's
grave. And a little shopping trip to BJ's! Thanks to my 518 team leader! Thanks Judy!
Tracked food, water, fitness, fruits & veggies and fiber! Had a great day seeing Sara &
her kids and friend Kathy and then being out with Judy. Great to be able to Spark in
person with others on your team.
W7D7: FBS 106 Boy those BS's are really looking fine! 30min,mile with Pups, 30min areobic
8/6 video! Did 30 mins in the other's neighbor's garden while she is away for the weekend.
So many weeds and they are over taking her garden. Tracked my water, fruits, veggies,
food & fitness! Woohoo this week has come to an end. Movin on up to week 8 !!!
