I am so excited. Today is my last day of week seven and tomorrow starts the final week of this challenge. I am really excited because I feel I am back on track. I will tell you though, I can see where it would be very easy to slip back into horrible habits. I haven't eaten right today. Not bad, but not the best choices. I will be within my calorie range. I will get in my exercise, but, for instance, I wasn't able to sleep in so I got up and ate some meat loaf for breakfast. Yes, I posted it and ate around it, but that tendency is still there. It might always be with me. I guess I will be a permanent resident of sparkpeople. Someone said 21 days it is a habit. The other day I heard six months....I think for this it is going to be at least six months....lol Another lesson learned....no matter how long, I need to be on my guard for some really bad habits!

The Lord doesn't expect us to work harder than we are able. He doesn't (nor should we) compare our efforts to those of others. Our Heavenly Father asks only that we do the best we can - that we work according to to our full capacity, however great or however small that may be.
