ForTheLoveOfDolls-How was the doll show? I've never been to a doll show, but I bet they are very interesting. Do you have a big collection? I have a friend who collects the corcelain dolls. I'm amazed at the beauty and variety that she gets.

Hiking Mt. Ascutney in Vermont. That's 4 hours of solid hiking up and down a mountain in 29 degree weather. I love it.

Don't have a ball...and can't get down on the floor for mat exercises...So, am continuing last week's alternative set. Doing 2 sets of 15. And Cardio in the pool...today 45 min. (usually 30 min.)

Started the 8-Week Challenge last Thursday by walking the dog in the morning before walking to work 2x's a day. Yesterday also included loading & unloading some heavy sound equipment, twice. So, I'm counting that as strength training.

Today is pulling weeds and organizing the storage shed. I hate spraying so it is a good workout to manually be pulling weeds.

I had a set back, got sick last week and in hospital had to take it easy when I came home. So no work out last week.

But I did to 40 Wii Fit this morning.

no matter how hard it seems to get I feel so good when I do get to where I want to be each week.

My exercise for now consists of garden work. I have a bad knee that swells and pains when I walk too much. Without insurance to fix the problem, I have searched out other means of exercise. I am also going to look into a stationary bike.

I am drenched from working outside. Still have right much to do and it is only 77 degrees. Sorry, it just jumped to 81. I am scrubbing the shutters with a long handled scrub brush and cleaning screens and windows today to put in some plastic tinting on the windows to reduce the heat. It has been so hot and I don't see this getting any better. After all, it is only June. I see myself going to the library and the free family movies this summer sans family. So I figure this project will give me the cardio and strenghtening I will need for today. I guess I had better go and get back to work. I think I can brave the last couple of shutters!!! I think...lol

The Lord doesn't expect us to work harder than we are able. He doesn't (nor should we) compare our efforts to those of others. Our Heavenly Father asks only that we do the best we can - that we work according to to our full capacity, however great or however small that may be.
