Thank you, Lisa. Your prayers mean so much. They must be working as I am much calmer and really at peace than some of my friends over this....lol. I don't know. I like all kinds of movies as long as not too sexy or violent...lol.

The Lord doesn't expect us to work harder than we are able. He doesn't (nor should we) compare our efforts to those of others. Our Heavenly Father asks only that we do the best we can - that we work according to to our full capacity, however great or however small that may be.

Tanya, thank you for the article. I went from there to the program it was referring to.

Lisa, thank you for your kind words and support. Hubby is going to apply for disability and we have appointments for all medical stuff to get it in before the insurance cuts out at the end of the month. We haven't really decided what we are going to do about that. COBRA is so expensive!!!!

I know that you always do your best and that is alot.
These days, I try to walk off anxiety. I tend to pray alot when I am walking alone since I have plenty of time to count my blessings.
I hope that you stocked up on plenty of vegetables to munch on. If you "need" to eat, these will do less damage.
If you need someone to talk to, I'll be glad to send you my phone number.
You are a real blessing to me and I will be praying for you and your husband.

As you probably know, my hubby is unemployed and we are working to situate ourselves until he can get disability. He has worked very hard on this job and it has taken a lot out of him. I am mentally doing a tool inventory so I can remain on my healthy body path. I am starving right now, but I know I shouldn't be hungry. This is a response to the situation. I ate well tonight, but fatigue and anxiety or stress cause my appetite to go up. Now, if I can only relax and keep my sugars where they need to be. I am sure the next couple of weeks are going to be a test of all those things I have learned the past few weeks. Sometimes it is easier to learn than to apply. I guess this is a real test of those things I have learned.
