Week seven was a challenge for me!!!
Mainly because I had to force my self to complete the tasks I committed to on SP.
Taking time for breathing meditation helped me to slow down some in a week of challenges outside of the ones I set for myself on SP.
I began the week trying to do the workouts without the stability ball and found it hard not having verbal clues for instruction. I got a stability ball and continued the week with the exercises with the ball.
Cardio went alrignt but I found I didn't get a very intense workout just walking, I did have time for the kick boxing a couple of time. Still working on coordination:).
I tracked the food I ate 3x's and started and never completed other days.
I had my fruits and veggies:) I love watermelon and watermelon salads!!!!
So Week 7 is complete, I survived the challenges outside SP!!!!!!!
I now move on to week 8.
