DJH That is wonderful!!! Great progress. I love this challenge, it has really given me focus!!!

The Lord doesn't expect us to work harder than we are able. He doesn't (nor should we) compare our efforts to those of others. Our Heavenly Father asks only that we do the best we can - that we work according to to our full capacity, however great or however small that may be.

Day 1 week 7 I have lost 13.2 pds since starting this challenge, and my BS readings are cut in half, which my dr likes.
Did Wii Fit Plus this morning for 30 min.

no matter how hard it seems to get I feel so good when I do get to where I want to be each week.

First day of week 7 and I walked 3.65 Miles in 90 degree weather. emoticon

Ok, I really need to stay on level ground this week and not rush and try and to do everything all at once.

Crazy busy week coming.

So that said I am ready to make a commitment to Week 7 Challenge.

I will stay on track and make time for breathing meditation.
I will do the stability ball workout equipment free.
I will increase my cardio to 5 days a week. (I feel stronger, clear headed, and energized after cardio workouts.)
I will track the food I eat for at least 3 days.

I will make sure I have fruits and veggies!!!:)

And so begins Week 7.

Loud and Clear!!!
