Ok, I really need to stay on level ground this week and not rush and try and to do everything all at once.
Crazy busy week coming.
So that said I am ready to make a commitment to Week 7 Challenge.
I will stay on track and make time for breathing meditation.
I will do the stability ball workout equipment free.
I will increase my cardio to 5 days a week. (I feel stronger, clear headed, and energized after cardio workouts.)
I will track the food I eat for at least 3 days.
I will make sure I have fruits and veggies!!!:)
And so begins Week 7.
