Well I have made it through week 7 and although my weight, unfortunately, is still just maintaining, my BS readings are definitely coming down. I have been consistently below 150 this entire past week! This is a HUGE victory for me considering my BS readings were consistently in the 300-500 range when I started this challenge. I have made many discoveries about how various foods affect my readings and make me feel, which exercises work best for me and how to pay attention to what my body is telling me. By combining all the above discoveries I am able to create an environment that is not only lowering my BS readings but that is also proving conducive to living a healthier lifestyle. Now I'm on to week 8 and the "final lap" of this challenge. See you all at the "finish line!"
